Division 7 Roofing has dispatched teams to service our clients that have operations in the Baltimore area due to the record breaking snow fall that has caused facility managers to scramble. Initially snow removal from roofs was most critical due to weight loads that exceed the structural capacities. The efforts were monumental, but the crisis is not over. Now punctures in the thin waterproofing membranes from shovels, snow blowers or other equipment that was used in the snow removal urgency. Division 7 Roofing will have additional crews available to restore roofs to leak-free condition. Firestone, Johns Manville, Sarnafil, GAF, Genflex and Carlisle have approved our workmanship on their TPO, EPDM, PVC and BUR systems.
